A. Yes, we require all residents to have a renter’s liability insurance. You can enroll in a policy with your chosen provider and provide proof of coverage. If you do not provide proof of insurance, a monthly fee of $10.95 will be applied for enrollment in our Resident Liability Insurance Program. This program meets our insurance requirements but does not cover your personal belongings. Please contact our office for more information.
A. Yes, we offer a roommate matching program at no cost if you don’t have a roommate in mind. On your application, you will fill out a questionnaire to help our team match you with a compatible roommate.
A. Rent includes water, sewer, trash, and Wi-Fi. Only the electricity will be split among your roommates and charged to your Resident Portal account each month. The cost of the electric bill will vary based on usage.
A. Yes, furry friends are welcome! They’re roommates, too. Simply add your pet’s information to your application to register them. There is a monthly pet rent and a one-time nonrefundable pet deposit for pet owners. The maximum number of pets is two per apartment or lease. Please note that all pets must be approved by the office.
Aggressive Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-Hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow, German Shepherd or any mixes of these breeds. Please contact the office for more information.
A. To request maintenance service, you can either visit our website or download the app to access your Resident Portal and submit a work order. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office immediately.
A. Our leases are individual leases, meaning you are only financially responsible for your own space. If your roommate transfers schools, you will not be responsible for their portion of the rent.
A. We are a smoke-free community. Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any of our buildings.
